    Great, mine is at the dealer now for the same exact thing. I'm sure I'll get the same response. I can get it to whine on and off with the pedal. We'll see if they can replicate the problem.

    Yes, you should use the new hardware that includes the steel backing plate. I thought the entire install was pretty easy. The riv-nuts were not hard at all and only took about 15 minutes to do all 8. As I recall, I counted the number of turns and also checked them with a torque wrench.

    I would ask the dealer but I don't think they would even know what an ITBM is! I shouldn't say (write) that . They have been pretty good so far. One tech just glanced over at my truck and knew that it took the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0W-40 so that impressed me.

    I got the Krown spray done last week. They drill a few holes to get into the rocker areas and other sealed areas to spray with the fluid. At first, I was unsure about drilling holes in a new truck, but I decided that rustproofing would highly outweigh the rusty alternative.
