Power Ram 250 Emblem (What Year?)

Those were used as late as '93 on 4x4s. Not the diesel version.

    1974 D200 headers

FWIW, the chevy guys tend to fairly protective of their 'rams horn' style exhaust manifolds because they flow decent compared to the log style. Guess what? The dodge truck manifolds are basically a 'rams horn' style too.

New to me 1984 Dodge Power Ram 250

How do you know its not 161k or 261k miles? If it needs a flexplate, rear main seal, trans temp gauge probe, drain plug, or front trans seal.... I wait and do it all at the same time with oil and filter. Oil isnt cheap.

Where can you purchase aftermarket parts?

Summit Racing is worth checking. They have rockauto beat on patch panels, window stripping, etc.

    1981 w150 gauge cluster

Find another cluster to rob pins from, or simply swap the whole cluster.

First to second gen motor swap 1990 cummins

The p-pump lines might be in the way of the crossover pipe. 2ndgen intercooler is supposedly an easier retrofit than the 1stgen one.

“See dealer exhaust needs service” error code,on my fully deleted 2012 2500 Cummins.

Might get better help posting in the right section. Most of us '81-93 guys aren't so 2012 savvy.

    1981 D150

    My '90 D150 was a $600 buy year'n'half ago. 318, a518 and clubcab longbed.

    Dash light wont come on

On one of my trucks, somebody had jumpered 12v directly to the cluster from the headlight switch. I presume its a similar problem they worked around.

Evic does not display normal for ride height anymore?

I don't think very many folks in the '81-93 section have any idea what you're on about. Me included.

    Brake lines question.

The dually diffs are either ~2" or ~7" wider than srw. If its indeed a srw diff, should be the same as the dana 70 srw in a d/w250. I would just bend up my own lines from bulk tubing.

Sorry, no idea on replacement seat covers. Maybe find a local upholstery shop.

    First gen

I haven't studied the std cab floor extensively. What I do know is the club cab section is elevated; not dipped down like the driver's footwell, or like the rear footwells are on a crewcab. Like i said, the buckets and bases came right out of the '90 RC and two of the holes in the clubcab lined...

    5/8 Wheel studs

@PaPitt I think you'll find the 200/300 trucks are 70's and 250/350 were 80's-93. 100 and 150 were more wishy washy. Maybe an early 150 was to denote a 'heavy half' type package. My '89 W100 longbed (parts truck) is definitely a very basic trim/option truck.

    First gen

@PaPitt I drilled the extra holes in the floor and bolted the RC bases down. Two of the bench seat holes were re-used. My w250 is a '93 clubcab, and the RC was a '90.

    1988 W150

This is the type of info you can out of the vin #. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CNJpoNJLJYo A dodge dealer may be able access more detailed build info. Rust patch panels, lamps/grille items, and weather strip can be found at rockauto and summit racing - maybe other places too.

Might have better luck on one of the other diesel forums. Mine are wrong type for you and i'm on the other side of the continent.

    Lower control arm bushings

How about the universal balljoint press C-clamp kit? I used that on a leaf spring bushing a few weeks ago. Got some kind of lube on there? Otherwise, maybe try the 2010 Ram forum section.

1981 Dodge W150 Club Cab short box 360

I have only been able to find them in parts trucks (used). Things like to seize up. Penetrating oil, and try to move the linkage directly at the heater box.

    First gen

I put in buckets and console from a ramcharger. More comfy for sure, better for my back.... but rough ride is more to do with your leaf springs and tire pressure.

    5/8 Wheel studs

Those are the dually size studs. So you either have dually axle/hubs, or somebody replaced the stock 1/2" with the next bigger size that fit.
