Zone 4” and front drive shaft
There is 100% a boot on the front drive shaft. There is a cv joint after the t case -

2012 ram 1500 sport with new zone 4” lift my front drive shaft boot is now ripped Can i replace it? Or do i need to replace the whole shaft? -

The zone lift instructions say to remove the cv clamps and slide the cv boot closer together then reclamp -

Soooo it went away. Lol had another alignment and its gone. But not right after the alignment. Maybe things needed time to settle -

There are two “spacers” (1/4” thick welded washers) that came with my kit. They went in between the diff brackets and the diff. The brackets that sammwich the top diff mounting bracket. -

Well i ceanked down on the sway bar links even thoigh they said to tighter untill the bushings start to swell. After i tightened them all the way, the pop is almost gone. There is still something loose tho -

You mean the damper and top plate? The piece the studs are welded to? If so, all of that is new -

Zone lift came with new tie rod ends. Required to cut 5/8” of the tie rod too. Both cv axles look fine from the outside IVe been checking the strut nuts daily Thanks for the reply -

sooooo, 2012 1500 sport 4x4 I installed a zone 4” lift. I also replaced upper and lower control arms, front springs and sway bar links. Installed bills at 1st ring (3rd and 2nd ring gave me a rearward rake). I now get a pop or a clunk in the front end. It happens at low speeds.i feel... -

I have the same issue. Just installed a 4” zone. I replaced hubs, upper and lower controlarms and got new sway bar links. Bills at 1.4 in the front. New front springs too. I have a pop or clunk when going up inclines and turning. Sometimes randomly. Seems like something is binding and... -

Rancho quick lift with zone 4” question
Thats what im worried about, being nose high. My other option would be to go with billstein 5100s but the id have to buy new springs too. And the other components. -

Shifting D to P, P to D= “clunk!”
Yeah im doing that tomorrow. Going to change fromt dif and t case lube too. I also feel a sort of whirring in the pedals and steering wheel whenever im going 30mph or less. Like something is rubbing somewhere. Brakes are fresh. Maybe thats the diff- SportPete
