    '11-'18 oem fender flares

    correct me if im wrong but I believe they fit '11-'18.     anyone know where I can find oem service repair manual with all the fastener torq specs ? far as I know ive downloaded all the ram manuals I could find but none are what I would consider a service repair manual. is Haynes or Chilton the only option I have ?
