If it is a rack issue. Does that mean the tie rods would need to be replaced? The reason I ask is the zones came with new tie rods and I could see why the dealer did not want to touch it.

Love my Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Great on the road with very little road noise and very good off road. Haven't tested in Snow yet. Rain wasn't a problem either.
I am running a Zone 4in with no issues. Are you by chance running the original wheels? I believe they may rub on full lock due to the offset. I run a -12 offset with no rubbing at all or marks like in your pic's.
I bought and had mine done at Rock Spyder in Markham. I did the Zones 4in and it was 2180 CDN with the 3in rear springs. 900 CDN to install. They did a great job and I thought the price was fair. Took a day to complete.
