FCA replaced my transmission under warranty for the same issue after 5+ tripsmto the dealer. Don't let them tell you it's normal. My new transmission shifts beautifully. My 2016 1500 is at the dealer for the 3rd time. I have 31k miles. I opened a second case with FCA with no help.
