    It’s a natural for humans to resist change...bottom line is that the new generation product is better in every way. This occurs with every manufacturer, I’m also a BMW fan and see the same traits with that consumer base.

    The new design is awesome. I really like the giant Uconnect system, I wish the gauges were all digital though. Overall they knocked this out of the park.

    If you like console shifters then buy a truck that has one, also you can manually shift gears using buttons on you steering wheel. The rest of your concerns are just silly, do you really need to hold on to stuff while you drive? How about putting both hands on the steering wheel and paying...
