Hi experts!
I got a recent issue with my door power locks.
Since a few days my passenger door and the rear doors won’t lock anymore.
Pressing the key fob will only lock the driver’s door and the tailgate.
Same with pressing the inside lock button(s) on the door panel(s).
The self locking...
I can recommend the Thule hitch bike carrier.
Sturdy, easy to use and very versatile.
It’s fairly expensive, but I got lucky and got it off eBay Marketplace for around $100.
I’m very happy with my Bilstein 4600 shocks.
It’s a little firmer ride than stock, truck feels more “planted” but still comfortable. Combine these with Hellwig sway bars and it improves handling and cornering significantly. ;)
@Brandon-w
Shift interlock sounds about right. And yes, my foot is on the brake when I start the engine.
Just weird that the noise just started. I’m not doing anything different than in the past 3 years of ownership. There was never any clicking noise.
Is the interlock about to go bad? Does it...
2013 Ram 1500 Hemi 2WD with column shifter, 6 speed auto, premium EVIC cluster
A couple days ago I noticed a weird, pretty loud clicking noise from behind the instrument cluster. It sounds like some solenoid or something engaging. Definitely louder (and more defined) than just a relay.
It...
It definitely is!
Would love to take them off your hands, but it’s a 9hrs drive I can’t take for just that.
But as I said... At some point I will pass through Atlanta and if they are still available I’ll take them gladly!
Nooo...
Keep looking for the Laramie wheels, they are so much nicer!
;)
I know... But since you have them laying around since last December, what would be a couple more weeks? :)
I might take the trip sooner, looks like maybe as soon as May.
Can’t believe that these are still available.
Down here they sell for about $1000 and that is without tires!
If they are still available around the 4th of July weekend, I’ll buy them.
Will be headed to Lake Lure, NC and could take the inland route through Atlanta!
I don’t see why not.
Tail lights from ‘09 - ‘18 all look the same!
To the OP - do a search on FB Marketplace locally!
Down here you can snag a pair (!) of ‘18 take offs for $50
Found a single one for $20...

Solved!
After another run, this time without stop-and-go traffic, the system picked up the missing sensor and re-placed all psi readings to their correct mounting locations.
I’m glad it worked out without having to see the dealer.
Quick update - I took the truck to the tire shop this morning.
They confirmed the sensor in my front left tire was bad.
I had them put in the working sensor they took out of my rear tire last week. After that they did a scan all around and were able to pick up all 4 sensors.
I left the lot...
That remains to be seen.
Official documentation sais no. System should be self-learning.
Drive for 10 minutes at a speed above 15mph.

@Redheadhunter21
You are “da man”!!!
It seems, that the module indeed “freezes” the position of a bad sensor, and on top of that, of ALL sensors on the truck!
How I found out?
By lowering the tire pressure on only one tire to 32 psi, one tire a time and do a test drive after each pressure...
Thanks for the info!
It’s just weird, about two years ago I had a bad sensor. Bought an OEM replacement, had the tire shop install it, drove off their lot and after a couple hundred yards it was picked up by the system and everything had been fine ever since.
This time all symptoms were the...
Interesting!
That’s exactly how my issue started a couple weeks ago.
Can you swap the left rear tire to another location on the truck and see what happens?
My guess is that it’s the module not the tire sensor.
And obviously when the module goes bad it shows no reading from left rear tire.
(Found...
Honestly, IDK if they checked after install.
I brought in the tire and the sensor. Sensor was checked at the counter before installation, can’t say, if they checked again when installed.
I can see what you are saying, BUT when I swapped the tire with the replaced sensor to the right side, I...
Hey guys,
I could need some help getting rid of my “Service Tire Pressure System” error message.
I have a 2013 RAM 1500 with 40k Miles and the 433mHz wheel sensors.
A couple weeks ago the “Service Tire Pressure System” Message appeared in my EVIC while underway. The drivers side (left)...
