Fuel line fixes, and a $26 exhaust system (Very DIY)
I just replaced the fuel pump in my 91 W150 as it wouldn't start , fixed the problem but also exposed a pretty good leak in the fuel line. I ended up ordering a complete set of fuel lines , pre-bent with fittings from Rock Auto . The Rock Auto ones came in sections , the OEM are not so now I'm...- XCR600

1992 d150 fuel pump
Mine is from the edge of the rocker to the frame rail , that out board support is whats rotten. Is that a part I can get or would it have to be fabbed ? You have a go to source for parts ?- XCR600

Ok as I was under the truck I took a better look at my drivers floor rot , seems to be way worse than I originally thought , it looks pretty bad really thinking about sending her down the road at this point.- XCR600

Every body I talk to thinks removing the bed is the way to go , plus I just put 20 gallons in it before it quit , really not wanting to wrestle a 1/2 full tank. Will see how far she tilts , its a 8 ft bed with a fiberglass topper on it and not much space to move stuff to.- XCR600

Brake caliper not full retracting
How old is the truck ? 10 years plus on rubber parts makes them suspect IMO. -
1992 d150 fuel pump
It looks like I may be replacing the fuel pump in my 91 W150 . I'm also planning to lift the bed but since it's not sitting on a hard surface and I don't have an engine crane I'm going to lift the drivers side of the bed instead of the front. I'll post some pic's if I have to replace it.- XCR600

Please help! Headlights
Do you have a tilt wheel ? I chased this issue around on my 91 , I replaced the headlight switch that didn't resolve it either. Hot wired a switch of the headlight switch to power running and dash lights , radio no longer works either. I now believe its a bad turn / wiper delay/ high beam...- XCR600

Hello every one , hoping to learn a few things and maybe have some things to share. Got a 91 W150 4X4 I've had for about 14 years , pretty solid overall for a snowbelt truck. She needing a little attention though so I'm hoping to find some good advice here and making some new friends.- XCR600
