    Oil filter fell off!!

    I've had the dealer not tighten the oil filter THREE TIMES!!! pulled out the next morning to oil on the garage floor. Let them know, the service manager shrugged his shoulders. That's ok, Ram is still under warranty and the dealer does all the maintenance, so any problems, it's their issue.

    What have you towed with your 1500

    Two single axle U Haul trailers, one double axle trailer to move with. Then bought a 16' Travel Trailer, basically pulling a brick through the air but the Ram does it great. Electronic brakes work like a charm.

    Dead Battery after 3 years

    My battery in my '16 made it almost to 6 years. Went dead at camp, had to wait a while for a jump. Fortunately there was an Auto Parts store in the nearest town and had that battery, $220.

    18 back and forth to work, three stop lights, 14 miles, speed limits 35, 45 and 55. The best I got was 20 mpg to FL and back in hot weather.
