Oil Filter question for my ‘16 5.7 4x4

The larger one is from the non electric power steering days. Both fit, I personally run the larger one and i think it takes an extra half quart of oil

    Amp Research powersteps fitment problem

I've installed a few on them onto rams, mine included. I've had to jump on every one after installation to get them to clear the pinch welds. If/when they get stuck behind the pinch weld, I used a plastic tool between the board and pinch weld then open the door. Once open 3-5 good bounces by...

    Parking pawl

Its called a parking brake for a reason... My personal sequence is to set the parking brake, truck in neutral, roll that 1/2 inch so that the brake holds the truck, then put it in park. I've been on some pretty steep hills, and never one clunk or difficult time getting the truck into gear.

*squeals like a little girl* She demanded that I buy a brush guard!

I hate it when people do that and look at me go. Its the Fab Fours black steel elite front bumper with full guard option. They also have a prerunner option that doesn't look bad at all.

*squeals like a little girl* She demanded that I buy a brush guard!

Here's mine, bumper and guard in one. My dad has a bolt on and its way too flimsy to really do anything other than give you a place to put lights. Mine is solid and I'm curious what kind of damage I'll do if something does jump in front of me.

    WDH or not?

The purpose of a WDH is to put some weight back on the front wheels. Now I admit, if I'm just moving trailers very close and not fast, I will skip the WDH. But for any distance its just good practice to use a WDH

    Feedback Retrax Pro XR

I don't own one, but I've installed them and I like them. They do not come with bars/accessories, you need to provide those. I'm glad you'd go with the pro, worth the extra couple hundred in my opinion

    Towing 8,000 lbs with 3.21?

I did 8500 with my 3.21 at 6500ft elevation in Colorado and it did just fine. Out in the hills with a side wind makes me want to get a 2500 but power wise I had no problems

    AMP Powerstep Questions

I'm guessing you cut the pinch weld cause it caught trying to open for the first time? That has happened to me as well on a few of the ones I've installed, you can easily avoid having to cut if you open the boards and stand/bounce on them a couple times to get everything settled

    AMP Powerstep Questions

75138 is a hardwired version for 2009-2018 Rams, the 75139 is plug and play version for 2016-2017. Do the plug and play if you can, worth the extra bit you'll spend. I put the powerstep xtreme on my truck and love them, the add on switch to control the boards separately is a great addition I...

    Fog Light cubes

IMO, go rigid and don't look back... I've played with the cheaper lights for years, and only recently started playing with rigid, they are superior in every way.
