My brother purchased a Ram 3500 recently with the 6.7. This winter he discovered that the power cable for the engine block heater was not included in the sale. Tire Pressure Monitoring System
Just rotated tires on my 2016 Dually. Pu two from tires to rear and had two new tires installed on the rims moved to front positions. The tire position show correctly but the pressure for all four tires still show the previous pressures. How does one update the readings to display correctly... -

Shifter Steering Assembly
My brother just purchased a new 2020 Ram 3500. Under the rear seat he found a new Steering Shifter Assembly in a plastic bag. Contacted the selling dealer the have no knowledge of why it was in the truck. Any ideas?- alschief
