6.7 leaking oil.... 3rd time in 2/wks

Fuel filter at every oil change?
2016 Cummins; is it normal to need a fuel filter at each oil change? I got this truck 12/31.... had my first oil change back in march and my fuel filter was at 5% so had it changed too.
