    I have the same problem. 6" RC lift and 35 Toyo A/Ts. I noticed the problem and had a rotation and alignment. Less than 6k later, the fronts are wearing on the inside again.

    Upper control arms will not correct the geometry; I don't believe. I had almost the same system, different brand, and went through cv axles. I eventually changed to a 6" suspension lift with a drop bracket for the differential.
