Low voltage, no start, new battery

I don't know. I don't think I had a parasitic drain, just a short that was telling the BCM not to start. The batteries may never have been the issue as we all assumed. We'll see.

Low voltage, no start, new battery

I have done that before, but I was about 7 years old. I had to fight the neighborhood bully over it, too. The wires at the TCM fell onto the tail pipe. Best to all of you guys. Don't let the internet make you sour. Your grand babies like you nice.

Low voltage, no start, new battery

You asked if the battery was good. I said it is. You're questioning that. I've tried two. Load tested as suggested and still have a no start. Not sure what else you want me to do with the batteries. I'm just trying to fix my truck.

Low voltage, no start, new battery

I should have load tested the orignal battery but I bought a new one. Since that didn't fix my issue, I then took them both to AutoZone and had them load tested... My no start is still there. The batteries are not the problem.

I am getting B2183-11 and U0101-00 codes with a fresh load tested battery. Any thoughts?

Low voltage, no start, new battery

I had a no start about a week ago. Got a jump and drove it home. Put a charger on it over night assuming my 1.5 year old battery was going bad. I had no issue for a couple of days but replaced the battery anyway with a new one from Wal-Mart (AGM platinum). I topped off that first (was at 85%...

What is this called and is it safe to drive back to the dealership?

I would tend to agree. Everything feels nice and straight.

What is this called and is it safe to drive back to the dealership?

Do you really think there could be damage from it not being there? I know anything is possible but I'd like a tech or engineer to chime in

I've heard good things about Lexus. The local BMW dealer was exceptional too. Miss that car.

What is this called and is it safe to drive back to the dealership?

LOL - thanks for all the replies. Before I seen all of this, I drove the truck (slowly) back to my dealer the very next morning after a brief phone call. They reinstalled it within 5 mins. It was a short drive. All seems well now. I understand the other concerns and you can never be too...

What is this called and is it safe to drive back to the dealership?

Just picked up my truck for some front axle work and the tech forgot to install a crossmember. Is it safe to drive back to the dealership about 15 mins away?

    CPO warranty

I can do that. The replacement truck is at the dealer now. This is/was a Mopar CPO warranty (7year/100k powertrain) so not aftermarket per sae

    CPO warranty

Yes, it showed coverage but the plan details have never been accessible despite multiple attempts (emails, calls, request button). I was able to use it though. What would determine if it is refundable or not? Are some Mopar CPO policies not?
