    Have you tried looking for a software update for it ? Also maybe try doing a factory reset . There should be a option in the radio to do a factory reset

    The cruise control uses a different can ID compared to the audio buttons that’s why I think it’s a flash issue with the RR module Those commands on done via can ID

    The step you mentioned won’t work for Uconnect 5 To do a factory reset go to settings menu then scroll all the way down to reset and then select factory reset It will wipe all your settings but atleast it will more than likely sort Your problem out

    I think it’s the newer It sounds like the 19 and up clusters are having this issue as my 18 cluster doesn’t do this at all . I have a 23 bcm in my truck and it’s good so seems it’s the instrument cluster
