    My son has a 2003, 1500 4X4, quad cab with 265/70R 17's . Stock suspension that we leveled the front with the tie rod adjustment.     I have a question, seems like a lot of posts about bad ram truck motors. The Jeep Grand Cherokee has the same motor, yes? There are not nearly as many posts or stories about blown, damaged, crap, whatever issues with the JGC. Why is that? Isn't it the same motor?

    I bought mine because my company owns a construction company and all of the superintendents run these and really love them. Great mileage, they do long drives between jobs. And they are reliable. They have some from every year made with no issues. Some well over 250,000.

    Silly diesel cap

    Not sure I would put an aluminum cap on a DEF tank. DEF is highly reactive. All commercial dispensing equipment and the system on your truck is either plastic or Stainless Steel parts. Metal(s) contamination will damage the SCR package.
