    Does anybody know that if their RAM 1500 was built before July it's not as safe as newer ones?

    I would sure hope they do not stop improving.....but improving does not mean there was a problem before. If that was the case, there would be a recall.

    I am of the age and have some severe physical problems, so my oil changing days are over. However I have a local shop the will do the oil change and dispose of it. I supply the Oil and Wix filter and they charge $25.00. They are careful and do good work and I watch.

    As I have said in the past, mine works fine and with all the features, it is sure worth the price. The voice qualify is gar better than my wife's Mercedes.

    On my 2017, it's the strip under the headlights. They come on in Drive and with lights in auto. My dealer set the software set for Canadian lighting since it is mandatory there.

    I have a 2017 Ram Sport that is equipped with the folding mirrors. The controls to adjust the mirrors are on the drivers arm rest above the window controls. When the headlights are on, the window controls are illuminated but the mirror controls are not. Can anyone tell me if that is normal or...

    I don't know if I am in the minority, but I love Uconnect. Voice texting is my favorite since I will not touch my cell phone while driving. I can text and call without taking my eyes off the road.

    They are a software option on most any Ram. I have a 2017 Sport and the dealer programed them. He found them under a Canada option since it is required to have them there. On mine, they are the LED strip under the headlights. they are not on in Park or Neutral but turn on in gear.
