How many Ceramic Blue Rams out there.
A few dealers that I have talked to said only around 500 total were made. there was only a 1 month window to order them. Mine is a 2wd, 8 speed and 3.92 gears. All the other ones I've seen have been 4wd.- Dalt10

LED taillights (factory) intermittent
My 2015 Sport left turn signal/brake light does the same thing (LED's). I get the left rear turn signal not working. Blinks fast on the dash but the light blinks normal. Most of the time it works fine, then other times it works when it feels like it. I notice the 3 center lights/bulbs not...- Dalt10

What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?
Finished last week. Did the cam and lifter job on my 2015. Fun job. Looks hard but not to bad. Only part that was hard is I'm 63. Built a few motors in my day but it's been awhile. Just time consuming. Started out as I was losing power then got the code for number 5 cylinder. Lifter was froze...- Dalt10

Cam issues
Finished my cam and lifters last week. #5 lobe was worn out and the roller was stuck and did not roll. VVT had a very small amount of shavings. Changed it out. I've put a few hundred miles on it since the work was done. So far running good.- Dalt10

2016 Radiator needs replacement
I changed my radiator out a few months ago. The AC lines are bolted to the radiator on the passenger side. You can unbolt them without draining the Freon. Two bolts are a pain to get to, to unbolt the AC lines but doable. I paid under $300 for my radiator. Did it in about 2 hours.- Dalt10

I heard that before about checking the VVT. My son owns his own shop and has did a few of these. I've built a lot of motors in my day. Just been a few years. I'll be checking everything out. Thanks- Dalt10

Cam issues
I just got the code too for #5 cylinder miss fire. I can hear the lifers making noise but it's not very loud. I did the same by replacing all the plugs and the coil on number 5. Didn't change anything. Mine has lost power too. I just bought a set of OEM lifters and a stock Hemi Melling cam...- Dalt10

Rear suspension question
I dropped mine almost 3 years ago with Mcgaughys. Don't need shocks. I've hauled stuff and pulled trailers without a problem. Nothing crazy heavy. Hardly any squat when I did. -
Leveled by lowering the back 2” lets see your reverse level rides!
Don't think it's changed mpg. But then again I never have checked mpg on any truck I've owned. My wife has been driving 100+ miles day to and from work for a year and a half. Just moved so it's down to a little less than 50 miles a day now. -
What light is this on the dash?

Rear Level Pros Cons?
Is your truck a regular cab, quad cab or a Crew cab? The rear springs drop the truck the most on the Crew cab. I guess they are heavier. -

Don't need to unbolt the sway bar. Easy job. I had both wheels off and jack stands on the frame in front of the rear axle. -

I used McCaughys. Easy to put in. Just unbolt bottom shock push down the axle and switch them out. -
Towing with rear drop springs
No air bags. Probably would be good to put them in but I don't tow enough with the Ram to mess with it. -

I dropped mine with 2" rear drop springs. Everything else is stock. Drives the same. Towed the large Uhaul trailer from Orlando to Jacksonville recently without a problem. Had 4 wheels and tires in the bed too. -
Changed to black rims
I've been looking at the 2018 Sport grilles. Not sure but I do need to do something to the grille.- Dalt10

Most of them that I've seen have the black wheels. Only a few with the polished. Window sticker shows it came with the polished. But don't see to many Rams this color.- Dalt10

Before and after pics. Bought a set of OEM black rims with Wildpeaks. Painted the calipers red while I had the wheels off. I have 2" drop springs in the rear to level it.- Dalt10

Towing with rear drop springs
Wasn't sure how the truck would drive towing until this week. I loaded the bed with 4 Ram wheels and tires (got them while I was in Orlando). And pulled a UHaul trailer loaded with furniture from Orlando to Jacksonville FL (moved my daughter). Trailer looks like it's tilted down a little towards... -

Mine is a 2015 Sport. I have never been able to find a solid number on how many were built. Hear different numbers from different places. Has most options for a Ram but not all.
