I first tried the sumo springs and it made the ride very VERY bouncy. I replaced that with the air bags and daystar cradles and I love the adjustability and is not such a bumpstop rubber bouncy ride.

Be careful with the power wagon stickers / decals. They can mar easily when cleaning. I accidentally slide a can of window cleaner over the hood decal and it left an indented streak over the sticker. Minor issue if you are off-roading, pin stripping is guaranteed.

I have a Viair RV as well, nice kit.
I just mounted an airlift compressor under the spare tire for the airbags. The wireless remote is genius.

I’ve had it happen once during the summer first start of the day. It was more vapor than smoke and dissipated quickly but filled most of the garage.
Hasn’t happened again.

During the winter I always disable MDS with the +/- button until the engine warms up... there is a week in Wisconsin that is so cold that rarely happens even 8 miles into my commute. Lol

I dumb down the throttle response with mind when the roads are slippery. I like to think I get better gas mileage because my take offs are steady and slow.
Sport mode is like drag racing mode.

So, here it is... mufflex muffler delete with black widow venom race muffler welded in. Sounds just right, no bad drone. Pretty throaty, seems to quit down at higher speeds. I left the resonator on.
Can I post a video from my phone??

So, I decided to go with the black widow race venom muffler center to center 3.5 " and will use the mufflex muffler delete and will splice in the black widow and have it welded. It's in the mail now.
Clips sound pretty knarly without being obnoxious.

Let's see your bull bar, front bumper, grill guards.
Any suggestions on a bull bar or grill guard that allows access to the winch (most cover up the winch opening) and will accommodate a light bar?
AEV is pretty sweet but don't really want to spend $2500 + or replace the bumper.
Sans bull...
I'm trying to get a little more sound from my PW. And why not enjoy a little rumble: after all it is a hemi and the PW is just bad ass.
I'm new to dodge and PW. I've looked at the mufflex kit and read so many reviews of exhaust leaks.
I'm looking at the aFe intake, header and exhaust. Not many...
Lol, 6.7... I know, I realized that after I put it in and haven't been able to change it with the Tapatalk app.
So, when I first installed the helper springs I had almost an inch of free space between the rubber and axle. After going about 1500 miles on the new truck with 4 passengers and...
I do think it will limit axle travel but these helper springs feel like a big tough sponge and can compress up to 80%.
I rarely get in a spot that requires me to disconnect the sway bars in Wisconsin... Moab, yes.
This part literally would take no more than 10 minutes to swap out with the...
This was done in anticipation of sag. I'm road tripping now to get the boat. But, with 4 adults in the cab and luggage (about 1,000 lbs) in the back the helper springs are just barely touching the axle... so dropped almost an inch so far.
The truck feels much better with this extra weight, rear...
Installed a set of rear sumo helper springs from etrailer tonight to prevent excessive sag when pulling about 5,000 lbs of boat and trailer.
Can't tell from the pic but there is about an inch of space between the rubber spring and the axle unloaded.
The instructions say to put the truck on a...
