I bought my 18 last April at local dealer and it only had 27k on it. I Asked Ram Cares if they could do the fix on my truck since it was only welded up. They said no problem and no charge. I now have 35k on the truck. Just can't get passed the communication problem
I tried to get mine fixed through Ram Cares also. My original dealer gave Ram Cares the run around so they set me up with another dealer. That dealer called me but said they would not order the part because RC did not state in my case that they would pay for the part. I tried 50 times to get in...
I bought a 18 2500 the first of August with 27k on it. I had previously had a 18 that was repaired properly, so when I checked this one, it had been welded. I contacted Ram Cares and have been waiting about 3 weeks. Maybe in a few more weeks this truck will get the new drag link.
On my 18 2500 if the rear tires get below 74psi the tire pressure monitor alarms. I can't remember what the front has to be set at, but around 65psi I think
I wish I had read this last week. I just sent back a step to Amazon today. I ordered one that was supposed to fit my 18. It didn't. I will look up the one you got.
I got a recall notice in the mail months ago and never called about it. Last week I got the notice on my radio screen and finally made an appointment. I even got notices on a 2013 Corolla I bought used last year.
My hitch is like this. I didn’t have a problem with regular s hooks but today I bought a 10k trailer today. It has larger grab hooks that were aggravating
I mistakenly bought a lock for a 2.5" receiver that is longer. I used it anyway. I had to borrow a trailer and don't remember having a problem with safety chain hooks.
I am currently waiting on trailer prices to go down before I get one. Sold my gooseneck when I traded in my 2500
Interested in installing one of these on my 22 Rebel. I guess I would want the quietest one because I do tow. Had Carven progressive on a 17 and loved it except for the drone, but Hated it when I had to tow.
I had one of these on the 18 2500 that I traded in for my 22 Rebel. I like the cloth look better than the vinyl look of same kind of roll up cover. It was on my truck the 4 years I had it, and will likely go with one just like it on my new truck.
Better to invest in an adjustable drop hitch. In case you trade trailers, or have more than one trailer. Make sure you get one rated heavy enough for what you may tow in the future. I pulled 17k a few times when I had a dump trailer.
I loved the Carven on my 2017 even with the drone. But I don't want it on my 22 Rebel. I will be towing more with this truck and don't think I could handle it.
I traded in my 18 2500 last week and got a 22 Rebel. I also sold my 30' Gator Made gooseneck and have begun looking for a new 18' trailer. Pretty sure I will need to upgrade to some sort of rear spring assist for my truck also. Thanks for the input on the airlift 1000. That is what I had...
Thank for that post. I just got a 22 Rebel with a 5.7. So far I only have 300 miles on it, but I could not tell if it had MDS. I had a 17 tradesman for a little over a year and I could tell it had it, especially after I installed a Carven exhaust.
Thank you.
I am looking at LMC truck and their drawings show the bumper brackets having different part numbers from the sport and regular models. I think I can get brackets around here if I need to.
My son has cracked his sport bumper and we are looking for a Ranch Hand knock off. I know they say they will not fit a sport model. We know we have to change the grill, but I keep reading about different frame or brackets but can't find a picture or description. Is this a part I can source from...
