When I did my pioneer a few months back with the idata meastro all that was needed was the radio, I data link maestro and wiring adapter. You program the maestro following a sequence using a pc and flash the maestro yourself. Tedious but very doable.
I went through the whole Ram care’s process-new drag link sent to a dealer of choice. Just found out today that dealer will need my truck for 4-5 days to fix…….. nope

Just an update. Reached out to idata link and haven’t been able to speak with anyone yet. Have made several trips and the more I listen the more I’m thinking with the maestro unit front and rear fade is combined. The stereo sounds much better . I really like the head unit but so far I’m not sold...
I’ll get some pics later. I really like it so far as far as integrating factory stuff I’m still fighting it out.
