I know this ia a ***** thread, but has anyone else fallen head over heels for this new design? I thought it was so so when it rolled out, but this thing has really grown on me.
I think Ram did an outstanding job updating the 5th generation while maintaining the bloodline. If you squint you see hints of gen 1 from the front and rear. Especially the grill and tail lights.
I bought my 2016 1500 Tradesman from Carvana last October. It has a Hemi and only had 8,000 miles. $20,500. No pesky salesman to deal with trying to line their pockets. All done on the net. Stress free.
I have always been in the change oil every 3,000 miles club. I don't use synthetic oil (yet anyway) and wonder how many fellow Ram owners change oil by the automatic indicator, or do you change oil by a set mileage. Be glad to hear the responses. I am old school am kind of hesitant about this...
I traded a 2006 Jeep Commander 4.7L for my 2016 Ram 1500. The Commander was dependable, and I didn't have any plans on trading it, but after a bird punched a hole in my radiator on a 105 degree day, a cracked head made me decide to trade. Glad I did, this is my 3rd Dodge truck and it feels good...
