    That was the perfect suggestion, thanks!!! Comparing my file and the 2018 file I found seat settings under the Cabin Network which I did not need before. Enabling them resolved the issue.

    Still dealing with no soft buttons on the radio for the heated/cooled seats. Disable and re-enable did not make a difference. Might need to disable for a couple of days then try again. Anyone experience this issue or have other ideas?

    The VIN shows it is a US 2018 Jeep Compass. Hopefully that's correct. I should have it on Friday, I will post all the info once I have it on hand.

    Thanks for the info, I have a 2017 1500 Big Horn, factory 8.4 and dual zone atc. I went ahead and pulled the trigger, we'll see how it goes.

    Also it looks to be non-nav. Getting a good deal, but don't want to pull the trigger if there will be too many issues. Been reading through the posts but no clear info on a 2018 Jeep Compass version and what issues I may run into.

    The VIN does come back to a US 2018 Jeep Compass. I have a 2017 RAM 1500 with the 8.4 and the 7-speed ATC.

    Once connected to the MSM, go to the Engine icon on the bottom of the app. You can read and clear any faults there.

    Make sure the CAN connector is seated good and clear any codes on the memory seat module. Codes on the msm were what prevented me from programming the memory.
