    Those are called Rivit nuts or more common rivnuts these are available in many different sizes. Measure the holes then find the appropriate rivnut ,install then mount your boards.

    You may have a pin that did not seat properly when you plugged everything back together . Sometimes a terminal will work loose in one of the harness connections, good luck trying to locate it if that’s the issue.

    When the pressure is dropping the clutch is engaged,thus turning the compressor, which makes the pressure on the gauge drop some . Then the compressor cycles, as it should. It engages the clutch again drawing in more refrigerant. The compressor normally cycles off and on like this . Pretty sure...

    For as much and often you tow , I would step up to the 2500 for the wieght for a more stable ride. Let alone when you have to make that unexpected emergency stop , the 2500 would give me much more peace of mind .

    6.4 hemi Coils and plugs

    You can purchase the factory plugs from other than the dealer and save lots of $$. No need to change a coil except if it is defective,and then the OEM is a very good product and you won’t find gains with others.

    You may want to try a different dealer, sometimes one may be more capable than another and they can get the job done . If that’s not successful try locating an automotive paint supplier and have a chat with the counter person, lots of times they can provide different options.
