    Air Lift bags installed

I ended up using teflon tape to get mine to stop leaking. I manually fill the bags but haven't noticed a leak but I'm also not looking for one. I probably should check again since it's been a year. Sent from my Pixel 4 using Tapatalk

Tire searching...Transforce HT worth considering? Other tire wisdom?

I was looking for more of an AT tire and had accepted that they'd be noisier. So when they were installed I was surprised how quiet they were. I've been happy with them. I should air the rears down and see how the ride improves overall and just live with tire pressure warning. Idk if it's...

Tire searching...Transforce HT worth considering? Other tire wisdom?

I can honestly say the Michelin LTX's aren't a towing tire. When I bought my truck it came with brand new LTXs and we had a 7500 gvwr TT. A year later we upgraded to a 10k gvwr FW and I started to see weird wear only showing on the shoulders if the tires. Centers of the tires were more than half...

    Rear defrost issue

Remote started the truck this morning and came out to load the kid in the truck and noticed one side of the defroster wasn't working. We had some freezing drizzle so I guess it made it more noticeable this morning. Didn't notice any of the defroster lines broken on that side. Didn't know if...

Normal for ball joints to go out after @ 70k miles?

I've heard the 3rd gens eat ball joints no matter what you drive on. I thought the 4th gens were supposed to be beefed up. The whole frontend in general better overall. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

Normal for ball joints to go out after @ 70k miles?

Haha they got me with needing blinker fluid. That'll be the last time. I never knew there was a difference between summer air and winter air. That could explain the drop in mpg during the winter. [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787] Just kidding. I try and do all the basic maintenance items...

Normal for ball joints to go out after @ 70k miles?

Just irritates me that they'd lie that blatantly. I would understand if the dealership would have came back and said there was some slop but within spec but to be told basically no movement is infuriating. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

Normal for ball joints to go out after @ 70k miles?

Driver's side rear tire has more wear on the outside edge than the inside. Dealer said rear tires were all perfectly in spec as alignment goes. They weren't sure why the rear would be wearing like that. Front toe was off just a bit. Basically said to monitor the wear. Sent from my Pixel 2 using...

Normal for ball joints to go out after @ 70k miles?

Update: I took the truck in to the dealer today to get it inspected...They came back to me asking exactly why I was at the dealership and I explained what I was told by the local tire shop that the ball joints were to loose and wouldn't complete the alignment for me. The dealership reported...

Normal for ball joints to go out after @ 70k miles?

I noticed my driver's side rear tire had some uneven wear so I took it to my local tire shop for an alignment. I was told the ball joints were to loose for them to do the alignment. Not unsafe to drive but needed to be replaced soon. Just wondered if this was a "normal"? Truck is completely...

    2016 Blend door actuator replacement

I was able to accomplish this task easily. I replaced both actuators behind the center dash. For the lower actuator, one of the screws is a little difficult to get a screwdriver on. I was able to get to with with a ratchet with an extension. I followed this video on YT Hope this helps...

    2016 Blend door actuator replacement

I believe I have a heater blend door actuator motor that has gone bad. Heater has stopped blowing heat to the floor and only to the defrost. I can change it to the front vents. I was trying to find an instructional video on removing the dash panel and center console to get to the actuators...
