Help !!! Valve rattle 2013 5.7 Hemi 150810

my 6.4 from modern muscle with they'er nsr cam instaled was 8100 plus a few other things tuning ,fluids etc was about 9000 after it was complete ive seen dyno numbers with that same set up in a car shoe 461 to the wheels. ive seen full bolt on 5.7 trucks with a procharger go 478 to the wheels ...- boomstick

stock is around 330 to the wheels .i may be high but its close id say it's within 20 of that atleast. tune 35hp, headers 20 to 25, vararam, fan delete, underdrive pulley, thermostat might get you 10 more but these havent been checked on a dyno so its hard to say but the point i was making is...- boomstick

to add to this. if you buy a new whipple its about 7000 dollars if you go procharger a full kit is about 6700. a 6.4 apache swap is about 8500. full bolt on 5.7 can be done for about 2500. the whipple and procharger will give you close to or just above 500 to the wheels pending on other mods...- boomstick

in my opinion the 6.4 truck motor is not any better than the 5.7 its realy close to the same numbers as the 5.7 and mod for mod if you compare it to the 6.4 apache motor the apache motor will make more power and torque as it already does. you can cam the truck motor and change the intake etc and...- boomstick

Engine swap!
mine is the 6.4 from a car. all you have to do is swap a few misc parts from the old motor and your good there would still be tuning to do on either swap. its a easy swap if your mechanically inclined. Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- boomstick

Fast man throttle body
i have had a moe's throttle body ,a srp throttle body and a stock throttle body and i felt no difference in any of them. the stock throttle body seems to be a better idle. all 3 of these ive run on my 5.7 and now on my 6.4 apache and have had the same results. Removing my tuner need advice...
you have to put the factory tune(back up) back in and it will release the tuner from the vehicle but the pcm is vin locked so it will need to be sent to diablo for a new vin for who ever gets it Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- boomstick

when you tune for different fuels the timing is raised for higher octane and lowered for less timing. the more timing and higher octane is a more efficient burn and makes more power and better mpg. if you had a 91 tune and was running 89 then obviously its not what it was designed for and can...- boomstick
