Limited Center Console

Gas cap teather
So I've got a stupid question. Where does the gas cap teather attach on the fuel door? I bought my ram used so I'm not sure if mine is it the right spot. The teather is almost too short to screw the cap back on. I see a few wholes on the filler door and I'm wondering if I can simply move it. I... -
