Premium vs regular gas
many years ago people thought i was crazy when I had an f150 with 5.4 and i told them i got many more miles out of 93-94 octane than with 87. honestly I never tried just stepping up to 89 or 91 so for all i know that could have done the same and at the time i had a company gas card so it did...- Outdoors76

Engine Squeals on start up
I have the same issue here in CT. when its super cold I get that sometimes for upwards of 20-30 seconds. usually happens when it is in the single digits. I never worried about it it has happened for the last 4 winters and im at 63k miles- Outdoors76

Dead Battery
I'll scan again but im thinking ecu could not initialize because of the dead battery. with a load test the battery went from 12.5 to 8 in three seconds so it was toast. no issue since replacing battery. i was very surprised that i didnt find posts by anyone else on this issue.- Outdoors76
