Does the 6.4 have lifter issues like the 5.7??
Hi all! Had to have my 2013 5.7 rebuild after a lifter went out and wiped a lobe on my camshaft at 139k miles. Pretty bummed that the motor had to be rebuilt that early. That was a year ago. Well, 50k miles later, I’m considering getting into a 2018 or 2019 Power Wagon. My question is...- geauxtac260

2013 Ram w/6 speed transmission...possible to upgrade to 8 speed?
So I’m not looking to swap out my transmission yet as I’ve had no problems so far (2013 w/139,000) but was just wondering. Anyone know if the 8 speed transmission will bolt up in my truck? Or if it would be considered an upgrade even? 2013 Ram 5.7 bighorn 3.92 4X4- geauxtac260

About to replace lifters...any performace mods while doing so?
Hi Guys! My 2013 Ram w/5.7 hemi (139K miles) recently developed a really annoying tapping noise. I brought it into my dealer and the tech walked right up to it, listened for about 10 seconds and said a lifter was bad. Minute or two later they had a quote done up to the tune of about $4500...- geauxtac260
