    So I've installed the fast boot upgrade, and I still have no heated seats and auto lights still don't work.

    The cheaper one looks to be the older 4.4 model. Maybe it has been upgraded to the 7.1. Notice the hard buttons at the bottom are different on the two.

    I just tried the one from their YouTube video comments (v 4.4). Same result, no heated seats or steering wheel and auto lights still don't work.

    I did not test the heated seats after flashing the firmware and before updating the CANBUS. The seats worked, I copied the customer.xml file, I flashed the firmware, I updated the CANBUS, then I realized the seats were not working so I replaced the new customer.xml with my saved customer.xml.

    I've tried them all except the "other/2019/2020" setting. Mine is currently set to "other". I'll try the others when I get a chance.

    I am the one with the similar problem. My auto lights were also always on prior to the update. Now the auto lights feature never turns on and the heated seats and steering wheel do not work.

    OK, I'm pretty happy with this unit to this point. The one last thing that I can't figure out is the "amp switch" setting. With it turned off the radio sounds horrible.     If anyone here has the unit pulled out, can you please take a picture of the wiring harness (that came withe the Tesla Style Radio) that plugs into our Climate Control harness? Phoenix didn't send me one and I'm having a hell of a time getting them to understand what it is that they need to now...

    Oem or aftermarket? If aftermarket do you remember which harness you plugged the video feed into? Maybe this link can help.

    Any Tesla radio installs?

    NM, I found the setting to get the cluster correct. If anyone else runs into this, you have to go to console and change the "unit" setting there. It actually needs to be the opposite of what you want. So to see "standard" units in my cluster, I had to set it to "metric" in the console.

    Thank you! I certainly didn't receive a harness. I called/emailed Phoenix, so hopefully they get one shipped out soon. Not holding my breath considering the unit itself took a full month to get here. Oh well, I guess I'll throw the 8.4 back in for a bit.

    For anyone that has one of these, is there a harness which plugs into the radio and our AC harness? I just got my radio in today and I don't seem to have anywhere to plug my ac harness into. Thus, no AC controls are working obviously.
