    That I'm not sure about, I just remember other members having a problem with just the cluster upgrade. No problem with the radio. But I maybe wrong. From what I remember, 2015-2018 or so, clusters seem to interchange better, but 2014 there was a change from 2013. Then 2015-18 were the same.

    I have the nav turn by turn activated through the radio, cust set, and activated with alphaobd,in the truck BCM. But until I put in the 14 cluster, I had exactly what you are experiencing..

    Yes, my radio is a 2014 as well. I had all the same identical issues you are having. Everything worked perfect except the turn by turn. Would show black screen with heading only. I swapped out the 15 cluster, put on a 14 and worked right away!

    I have a 2014 and put a 2015 premium cluster and nav turn by turn was blank as well. I enabled all that you did and never worked. I swapped out the 2015 cluster and put in a premium cluster from a 2014 and turn by turn works fine. It's a compatibility issue of some sort. Put in a 2014 cluster...

    You can use it on other vehicles, I did my brothers truck, mine, my wifes dart, no issues.

    Proxy alignment is for some older vehicles like my my wifes 2013 Dart, puts everything in sinc so to speak.The proxy alignment is on a list in alfa.Rams dont do the proxy.

    Just checked mine this morning on my way to work with no trailer, says the same as yours, when I do connect to a trailer, it states connected. Glad I could help..:cheers:

    That's what it shows when trailer isn't connected, mine does that as well.

    Yes, 18.45.01 is the latest update for the Harmon radio, like 2013,-through like 2017, that solved the problem with the nav being wrong and time. But that update also caused my back up camera pic to get a washed out/very bright display. So the fix was to do a radio reset with the temp buttons.

    Ok, great, that's what I was thinking from the thread, but wasn't sure.. cause my radio, back up camera, volume and nav are all working great! Thank you again with helping me in the past with the update on my radio, which was causing a problem with the nav and compass direction.

    Is this update for the 2018+ radios /Panasonic? I have a 2014 ra4/vp4 nav Harmon..which I updated about a year and a half ago with the help of mpgrimm. Just checking?
