    I am on my 3rd radio. Ram keeps putting in a "refurbished" radio. What a joke. I dont know if the 19 and 20 classic Rams have this issue. Give me a NEW radio!

    Do NOT get a 2018 UAS or UAV radio. If you want android auto get an aftermarket radio with touchscreen.

    My back up camera went bonkers couple weeks ago. Dealer decided to install a new radio and the back up camera. The good news....the back up camera works great. The bad news the radio started freezing again 44 miles and 1 week later. Took it in while it was locked up so they could see it...

    Well only 18,000 mi and 2.5 yrs old camera dies. Dealer has ordered parts, hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

    I'm still having the issue....dealership stated it needed a software update. I took it in they supposedly did an update, but I checked the version....was the same one already installed. How can you take it in when its acting up? If it occurs it's when I'm on my way somewhere and cant go...

    2018 ram 1500 with non nav 8.4. This issue has occurred about 6 times the past 2 years. Come out start the truck and the radio is frozen. Sometimes only fm works...but you cant adjust the volume, no sat radio and no usb. Sometimes no audio at all. Sometimes it will work fine when I turn off...

    OEM battery shot already?

    OK....just got back from the dealer. He replaced the battery under warranty, BUT he told me wasn't supposed to because I had something plugged into the OBD port and some big box under the hood was being fed from the battery. I calmly explained that my amp power steps get juice from the battery...

    Truck just turned 2 years old 11,500 mi. The truck wouldn't start so i put on a charger. After about 1/2 hr on the charger it started. Ran for 45 minutes, came back after 2 hr and it wouldn't start. WTH FCA??
