Any suggestions where to get a stock forged 6.1 Hemi crankshaft in stock 3.578" stroke? I've scoured the internet and come up empty handed. Looking to replace my cast 5.7 crank with a forged crank and keep current displacement. Thanks in advance!
2015 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. What's the best way to do this myself (without taking it to the dealer?) Can you recommend the best way to accomplish this (alfaobd, etc). I'd rather spend my money on a software platform than pay the dealer labor. Thanks!
I'm selling my Edge Pulsar #32450. I ran this for a year and a half on my 2015 Ram 1500. Noticable "seat of the pants" power increase on settings # 6 and #8. I had no issues with it at all, my powertrain warranty is up so now I'm going with a full tune. I have not done any updates on the...
I just ordered a fox acoustics dual ported 12" box for my 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab.
How are you guys anchoring this box?
Usually I'd just drill through the bottom of the box and floorboard and run a bolt through but I don't see the plastic tubs being suitable for that.
I have a 2015 Ram 1500 with 5.7 Hemi. I just ordered a Singer 270 amp alternator to keep up with the demands of my stereo (my lights are dimming, even after doing the big 3)
Singer suggests a serpentine belt 1/2" to 1" shorter than OEM due to the smaller pulley used. Anyone have a part #...
I was pulling into a parking lot this morning, my lights dimmed a little and the engine stalled and the check engine light was on.
I pulled the code and it's P0335 for Crankshaft Position Sensor. I tried clearing out the code but it's a permanent code that it will not allow me to delete. Is...
I'm doing the big 3 upgrade and need some input for where to ground the engine. Some say to use the alternator mounting bolt (#1), or I was even thinking bolt #2?
Where are people bolting their engine ground to? Thanks for the help!
I'm selling my Bluetooth PC31 Pedal Commander. I purchased it a little over a Month ago. I have the Edge Pulsar tuner and the throttle setting on #8 is too sensitive for everyday driving. I purchased the Pedal Commander in hopes that I could dial back the sensitivity to a more livable level...
I just wanted to share my experience with adding subs in my Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Initially, I tapped off the drivers rear door speaker and ran the high level inputs to my mono amp. This worked but I felt like the bass was lacking in depth and intensity. Yesterday I added an amp for my door...
I'm adding an amp to power my highs. I ordered a plug and play netaudio harness with capacitors installed that I should in theory hook up wires to and be done (instead of splicing the OEM harness). Problem is, my head unit will not power on. I am getting power through the connector to the...
Hello. I have a few questions about the ported dual 12" sub box from fox acoustics for anyone that owns one...
-Has anyone used the 10" adapter rings to put 10's in the box? If so, once you use the rings can the box still be used for 12's down the road? I'd like to get rid of my generic...
I'm trying to do my homework before ordering everything to add a 4 channel amp to my 2015 ram 1500 crew cab. The truck has the 6 speaker non alpine system in it. I want to add a 4 channel amp to run the front and rear door speakers.
From what I understand, in order to add a 4 channel amp to...
I have a 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab with the 6 speaker non alpine sound system. I have recently swapped out the dash and door speakers and I have decided that I want to add a 4 channel amp to power the 4 door speakers and run the dash speakers off the factory head unit for better balance (I tried...
I have a 2015 1500 Ram Crew Cab, 3.21 gears and 8 speed trans. I'm looking at getting a travel trailer. I found one that I'm interested in that has a dry weight of 5880 lbs and a hitch weight of 635 lbs.
According to Dodge, my truck has a trailer towing capacity of 8170lbs and a payload...
