For the projector style headlight, HID is your best and brightest option. As for 35w or 55w you can do wither one. 55w will be a little brighter but will run hotter. Bulbs will not last as long. Quality kit is key.

You cant fit the ballast in the cover. You have to make a 1 inch hole in the back of the dust cover to run the wires out to the ballast. The kit comes with a grommet to seal the hole. You can mount the ballast to the side with zip ties or self tap them to the frame of the vehicle.

Those canbus decoders do not use. They are notorious for exploding and melting. Those were used when Hids first came out. You have to may parts to try to make the canbus system work. You will also want tot put the oem bulbs back in for a couple days to reset the computer.

For the H13 bulb you shouldnt have a dust cover but if you do, no you can not put it back on. However If you have a single filment bulb like h11, 9006, 9005 etc. Yes the dust cover will go back. I am here to help you figure out what bulb you need. No over heating issues. 60w will be brighter...
