    I had a Tazer I purchased three years ago and used with my Chrysler 300. Tazer told me how to update it to work with the 2016 RAM I have now. For some things you have to leave it in. For some things you do not. They have a complete list on their website.

    It was set to "on" so I set it to "off" then set it back again. I now have sound! Is is at a reduced volume but it is there. Thank you again. Not quite sure why it was not working with my original setting but sometimes with this unit things just are not so easy to explain.........LOL

    I have been so wrapped up here I forgot to say Thank You for the tip that made the volume controls work again. So, Thank You. The only thing left is the mute in reverse. Since I do not have any menu items related to reverse mute it is as you say "A LOT of trial and error".
