37’s too big for 2014 ram 1500 5.7 Hemi big horn?
I really like the trucks here with the 37's. I have a 2011 Sport and upgraded to 35's. I have a leveling kit front and rear that adds 2-3" lift. I find my front left tire just touches on the inside fender wall at full right crank. If I wanted to go with 37's, how much lift would I need? -

I love my Flowmaster 44. Didn't change anything else. Good growl around town and great when you step on it. Very reasonable on the highway. Headers question
I talked to my dealership about long tube headers, and he said it would invalidate the warrantee if the factory found out. He was willing to do the installation, but wanted me to know the potential down side in case the engine needed warrantee work down the road.- Rumpity

12.5” wide tires on 8” wide wheels?
I agree with BOWERSFJ. Running over wide tires on stock rims is asking for trouble. You never know what driving circumstances you may face. To push the limit like this is to raise the risk of unforeseen circumstances substantially. -
Gear ratio pros and cons
I don't know what the big deal is with the rear gear ratio. If you have a full sized truck with a V8, you are going to get poor gas mileage.
