People running larger tires, do you have a larger spare tire?
2017 2500 with factory 33's. I installed 37" tires several years ago with 4.88 gears front/back. Never thought about the spare tire until I had a rear tire blowout about 80 miles from home this past spring. 66RFE strange shifts, anybody experienced these symptoms?
Ouch. Any idea what OEM unit cost is? Just for comparison sake. Did I read on these forums that Dodge can't get the OEM valve bodies and is telling people to pound sand?- BlueMule

Never noticed when it's cold which means it probably doesn't do it til it's warmed up. Does the trans need to be removed to service the valve body?- BlueMule

2017 2500 bought new with 6.4L and 66RFE, 98k miles. Leveled with 37's, factory 4.10 gears swapped out at tire upgrade to 4.88's. Regular oil changes with synthetic, one spark plug change, no other fluids changed yet. No towing, only hauling some firewood occasionally. About 2-3k miles ago...- BlueMule

6.4L with the 6speed trans here. I don't tow anything and I went from 4.10's and 33's to 4.88's and 37's. Plenty of get up and go for acceleration. I cruise 75 with plenty of power on the highways. Diagnose difficulty in starting
My super-smart in the automotive dept neighbor came over and had the same thought. He held the multimeter while I tried to start and the battery voltage dropped down to 7V. Just charged the battery back up and we're going to test to see if it's the alternator or the battery.- BlueMule
