No, they are plug and play for any truck that requires PC31. I first had it on my 08 for a very short time and then i had it on my 2011

Selling my PC 31 bluetooth pedal commander, getting a new truck and using these funds to buy one for that truck. It does not come with the mount, box or velcro. This is just the unit itself, functions perfectly.
$230 shipped
Also selling my Smarty Junior for 10-12 cummins, might work on 07-09...
This year in idaho hasnt been too bad, the lowest ive seen is 12 degrees but we have been getting up to 40 or 50 almost everyday. 2 years ago however it was -25 during the day, -35 at night without wind chill for 2 and a half months with 5 feet of snow on the ground.....maybe climate change is a...
Update from last time, now the lineup is my 4th gen, an 03 lb7 duramax thats beat to hell, a 1987 ranger (wife's), an 06 mazda 6 (also the wife's), and a co-owned 72 f250 with my father

For simplicity a 12v would by far be the easiest, but for towing power you have to think, torque at idle on a tuned 6.7 is almost as high as peak torque on a 12v.

Yes, im fully aware that cummins is an independent company that goes back to 1919, but whenever i call the parts store i tell them 2011 dodge 2500 cummins right off the bat to keep things speedy

Well like someone said above, my 4th gen says dodge right above the radio...and it will always be a dodge cummins to me. I dont think i will ever stop callong them dodges especially when the drivetrain from 3rd gen dodge rams is identical to the early 4th gen "ram trucks"
Also, if 4th gens were...
And lastly, i think there is a good chance of the DPF plugging up and leaving you stranded if you are running the delete tune, because the truck will never go into regen mode

As long as they are the same as the pre-DEF 6.7s like mine, look up the California style EGR delete. It retains the EGR cooler but removes the actuator for the EGR. If it was me i would buy a real EGR delete kit and get rid of that ugly EGR cooler, IMO they look a lot cleaner and much more like...
I had the same issue in an 06 tundra i used to have, and it ended up being low trans fluid for what its worth. I don't know about the dodge trannys but the Toyota's are also very picky on using oe Toyota fluid which could also cause that issue. Also another tundra thing that might be the case...
First i would check the tranny fluid, if it is a bit low the torque converter would need extra pressure (rpms) to get things going from a stop

I bought a 2011 2500 Cummins with 287k on it back in August. It was maintained meticulously and bone stock. I immediately deleted it and i am now at 295k. I have had zero issues powertrain wise and leveled on 35s with wonter fuel and short trips i am averaging 15 mpg, 18 during the summer...
I couldnt tell you on the updated 4th gens but on my 11 i dont even have tpms sensors in the wheels. If i choose to look at the tire pressure gauge in the fancy dash display it just reads 0 PSI on all 4 corners. When i start my truck it will tell me about my trailer brakes not working, but it...
