For me it was the 25% off MSRP and I was able to transfer $2K worth of accessories from my 2010 over to my 2018. The 18' was on the lot and had every option I would've ordered. I'm not hooked on the looks of the new Ram yet.
I have a cover over the bed and I just use a rubber mat. I had the plastic liners years ago and they wore the paint off from moving around. I don't haul stones or dirt though, that I have delivered anymore and use the loader to move it.
I only dropped the rear, but I did add the air bags for towing or hauling to keep it level. I did the same to my 10' Ram and really like the look and ride.
I removed the GoodYears today and replaced them with Continentals. I'm selling the Good Years for $325 if anyone local is interested, I have them on Craigslist
