Was wondering the same exact thing about ghetto’s definition! From what I can infer... Apparently GHETTO equates to a RAM truck with any or all of the following characteristics ( feel free to add more) : BIG WHEELS ( > 22’s), Lowered, non lifted, an ‘urban look’, or more precisely, different... -

Meant, in Canada, it appears you have a separate Ram SPORT trim level... Tradesman. Bighorn, Sport, Laramie Longhorn..... vs the “sports package “ here in the US that is available on several Trim levels.... you can get the ‘sports package’ on Bighorn and Laramie trim levels. Not sure exactly... -
