Hard to say what it is, but best thing to do is floor jack the front end up and check for loose parts first. Could be a loose wheel, bad shocks, a tie rod bad or loose etc.. Shake that front end down good first
If you have torsion bars as part of your suspension, ya dont need the KEY lift in order to raise the vehicle 2". I did mine by tightening the torsion arm adjustment bolt. I just leveled mine yesterday.
All I did was raise the torsion bars about 2" to match the front, new tires and alignment will be next, already have new ball joints and shocks on it ;) Possibly going to gloss black my wheels out, maybe..
Just a thought..email Diablo back and explain to them. You can email them your tune and see what went wrong or if it just the fact you expected better gains and didn't get much more
Its very possible your truck could be out of alignment. As parts wear out, your align settings start going out too, if theres any play in your suspension, means parts are wearing out. Think about it, brand new parts have zero play in them. Now if there's just a tick of play in your tie rods...
If you're competent, removing the head will make removing the bolt easier to work with. But all depends on you! Try jacking it up first, gotta start somewhere! ;)
No offense but a computer doesnt know what plug you put in a vehicle. Its the composition of the plug that makes a difference. Copper vs Irridium etc. Dodge cars, trucks etc seem to "like" copper plugs more due to the fact that the spark may be hotter than another kind
Goodyear Eagle LS2 is a mediocre tire. They are cheap enough and are quiet. But again don't expect to get a ton of miles from them. They'll get ya by for awhile. All depends how you drive and how much :)
The lift kit will keep your ball joints and rod ends at near factory position, cranking your torsion bars all the way up puts your ball joints at an angle that could accelerate wear. Your can do what you like, its your truck ;) Also the lift with proper shocks will have a better ride quality...
