2020 Ram 3500 Uconnect App
I would contact uconnect. If you get the uconnect app, and set it up (log in, add your truck to you garage) and follow the other steps, you should have the option to start it from your phone.- Joe B

Update. Installed switch panel and no lights coming on. I verified everything is set and enabled in the ecm.. could it be the heater seat module? And does that wiring feed in to the passenger seat?- Joe B

You didnt cause any for me. I was trying to get the alfa to talk to the MSM. I'll have to order some stuff to run the wiring correctly. My method yesterday was a mere jumper, which happened to work.- Joe B

That worked. I was able to connect to the MSM. I also tested power into the wiring. There is a green/white wire at the switch which illuminates the test light a little. I also held the horizontal position forward and ran a system I'd to see if it registered that was active. It did not. I...- Joe B

What about the 8.4 is needed to make them function properly? I had the little infotainment originally, had an aftermarket headunit put in and converted from the manual hvac. I'll wait for my switch panel and install that and see what happens. When I traced wiring in to the big bundle, it appears as though all wiring from the truck to the seat goes in to either the HSM or the MSM and if the can bus doesnt know the MSM is there and able to communicate the status, it...- Joe B

I think I've narrowed it down to the msm and hsm. Or at least, that's where I'll start. I can connect to every function with the alfaobd and obdlink except for those 2. Is there a way to test power coming from those units?- Joe B

The only thing I didnt enable was the heated wheel, which I dont have. I'll try enabling and see if that makes them work. I also contacted the seller of the seats to confirm all functions worked when removed. Both the HSM and MSM are there, and all connections are solid and in place. I'll...- Joe B

Thought I would post here as well. I installed the front heated/vented seats tonight. I plugged the pass side in,bolted up and the power worked fine for adjustments. TheRetroFitSource Projector Headlight Adapters
One pair of theretrofitsource projector headlight adapters to convert non-projector truck headlights to the projector style headlights. Never connected the blue (DRL) wire. $80 shipped. -

Clocked my driver side bulb correctly in the headlights. Removed the adapters for a cleaner install Ran the DRL wiring. Just need to modify the DRL settings in alphaobd- Joe B
