    Ordered my 1st Ram truck today

    My truck was built yesterday and waiting for final inspection today. It'll be interesting to see how long it takes to get from the factory to here in So. IL. Dealer say's it may take 4 weeks.

    I'd have to go talk to them face to face. I hope i don't have any problems with my new Limited but if i do, i am dealing with a small town dealer that i have known personally for many years so i know they will treat me right.

    I did notice that on the window sticker on our jeep. Also talking to the dealer and looking at the build site today, the prices are going up if you order now compared to 8/29 when i ordered. Maybe the tariff thing or Ram is getting greedy, or both.

    Billet Silver vs White vs Tri-cot Ivory Pros and Cons

    I could not get past the Ivory try coat. As far as getting paint work to match, a good body shop should be able to do it. I had a bad scratch in my platinum tri coat on my ford fixed and it is undetectable.

    There may be a problem with upgrading it to the bigger tank. It has been done on ford trucks but the computer would not recognize the bigger tank. The gauge worked ok but the distance to empty was not accurate, still thought it had the smaller tank.
