    And I have been using dielectric grease on dc connections for many years and never had one issue with any of them ever. I also use deoxit when needed. Great product. That mostly on old amplifiers and such.

    The female contacts in the socket was sloppy. Time for a new socket. 2 minute job if you buy a good one.

    And BTW. The passenger tail light socket looked bad and was bad. Wiggle the bulb and it would go on and off. Dielectric grease MAY have fixed it but i never tried it.

    Was at nappa to get center bulb. Picked up nappas chinese socket. Replace auto zones china socket with nappas china socket and all errors are gone. So yes. Cheap sockets can cause errors. I cant imagine why, but it is a fact.

    Replaced 3rd brake bulb. Still have brake light error and parking light error. Maybe it will resolve itself?

    I was going to get michelin defenders but got brand new take off SRA's for next to nothing. Mine have always worked great. Plus they came mounted on stock 20" wheels. So I sold my 17's.

    Well I had a tire shop install the Ebay OEM sensors. They popped on in only a few miles. All good. I ran AlphaOBD and changed the tire size as well. Indicated speed matches GPS now. Hmm whats next..

    I am leaving the old ones in the old wheels/tires. Not worth it to me to pay the shop to remove them and no way I am wrestling the things out of there. To old for that nonsense. I can get new OEM sensors on ebay for under 50 bucks. Or maybe the tire shop has some..have not talked to them yet.

    Aftermarket wheels no tpms

    My old tires pressures showed on the dash for about 10 or 12 miles before the light popped on and the numbers went to dashes. I would like it if they magically worked again! I have no sensors in the new wheels.

    To be honest (and vain) I did it for looks. And it does look better to me. But the factory 17's worked well, wore dead even, and rode real nice. I never had a problem in rain snow or dry. So 245/75 huh? How tall is that tire?

    No not in the bed. I went for about a 12 mile ride and the tpms was reading steady. Not going up with the heat. Then about 11 miles in it went blank and the tpms warning message started and then the light started flashing. Maybe it will fix itself tomorrow. AlfaOBD cant fix tpms if the sensors...
