towing 5th wheel with 1500
First please don't tell me to buy another truck. My present truck is a 2017 1500 2wd long bed standard cab 5.7 and 8 speed 3.21 and only 24000 miles. Factory receiver
I just noticed that the factory receiver under the rear bumper says it is rated for 5000#. I have been pulling a 6000# trailer with load distibution hitch. Is this a NO,NO? If so does the factory have a heavier receiver?- oldguy2

Trailer sway
I bought a 2017 standard cab long bed 1500 with 5.7 used and pull a 26 ft camper. I took it on the highway for the first time and above 60 mph it sways. Cornering lamps
I have never seen cornering lamps on a Ram but I would like to add them to my 2017 1500 Tradesman. I,m old and don't see as well as I used to at night. Front tow hooks
I have a 2017 2wd 1500 without the front tow hooks that stick through the bumper. Can they be installed? Do I need anything other than the hooks and bolts? Thanks. -

towing mirrors
I was interested in a towing mirror on line that's on sale but the seller doesn't know if it will fit. I have a 2017 Ram 1500 and the mirror fits a 2016 Ram. It has all the features that I need. Most mirrors that I see for sale say they fit 2009 to 2018 but this company's tech line doesn't know... -

won't move with door open
Is there any way around the fact that the trans goes into neutral if you are in either reverse or drive and have the door open. Sometimes I want to back up and look out the open door.- oldguy2

other wheels
I just bought a 2017 Ram 1500 2wd and it has the base 17" steel wheels. I would like to replace them with some other OEM 17" wheels and was wondering what other years would fit? Also what wheels would accept the TPMS pressure sensors? Ram 1500 5 lug wheels are hard to find.
