Mine was the same way. Even with ok Google in Android auto . Just an update. I uninstalled the infotainment harness last week .Radio has not crashed or failed to boot since. I've contacted infotainment and have been ignored. I even bought the warranty from them on the harness I will break...- jdip

HVAC problem with UAS upgrade in '18 truck
My truck was originally a 8.4 nav vp4 with single zone (2014 sport). Radio PN is 68331631AI (uaq) build date of 8/2018 and app version of 21.9 It is possible my radio has been altered by who I bought it from that's a whole other issue (multiple posts in the conversion thread) and it maybe... -

I replaced the HVAC module today with a 2018 and it did not fix the issue. There is still a mismatch between the slider and the blend door -

Well add me to the list of the new 2018 HVAC module being a waste of money. Didn't fix mismatch at all . I watched the blend door do a full revolution when I first plugged the new module in.
