    Yes any NC title must have the seller's signature notarized for in-state transfers. I'm not sure if SC requires NC titles to be notarized at the time of transfer or not.

    Yeah phone numbers and address are not a bad idea. You never know. Another note on the title, DO NOT scratch out or draw a line through any mistakes. NC DMV are sticklers for that kind of crap. They will deny the title if it has any mistakes or corrections.
