    Automatic step not opening ???

    My steps did not retract when I closed the door and started the truck, so I retracted them manually. Now they don't deploy when I open the door. I have to deploy them manually. And then they don't automatically retract. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Apparently it's the relay for the preheat on '21 diesels. It could catch fire. I checked on my truck. The part # that ends with "AA" is the recalled part. Mine is "AB". Hopefully dodged the bullet. For more info look here...

    Does RAM Customer Care really do anything?

    Or are they just like the Service Advisor? There to placate you. My 2018 RAM, still under warranty, has been in the shop over three weeks now, and they can't seem to fix it. They can't give me a date when it will be ready, and all they can say is "sorry". I'm getting pretty fed up.

    Drag Link Reimbursement?

    Has anyone been reimbursed when replacing the drag link with an after-market Synergy drag link as related to the drag link recall? I've seen a lot of talk about the "weld" repair, but nothing about reimbursement for a real fix.
