I had just over 100,000 when I first changed. And have changed again since then. If recall I had this happened before as well but can't remember. Rt. Now I'm experiencing a longer shift at lower gears and slow speed shutter a couple time in past. That's why I wanting to use a cleaner than...- Jdoc

No major issue to date. Just the typical manifold bolts on each side a time or two. Yes I did alot research and redline is top of line fluid. It clings to the surfaces alot better. At time of fluid was also $40 a qt . Ridiculous. I've also used Seafoam on several vehicles with good result...- Jdoc

My 14 ram with 8hp70 tranny just turned 197,000. I've serviced the trans myself twice. Replacing the fluid & pan/ filter the 1st time , 2nd time just changed filter bc I purchased a pan with a changeable filter from first time. I used Redline Atf D6 fluid both times. Yea I use seafoam on a regular basis. Time before last I used a high milage fuel sys. Cleaner. Plus the throttle body has been cleaned by dealer. I have had a few low speed shudders. Which sounds like something with torque converter. Not sure if tranny would cause the up/ dn revs I'm...- Jdoc

Elevated 2013...I only see it move sometimes. But it's minimal like 1 or 2 hundred rpms. Is all. I hear mainly like just cruising at 55 or up but I do hear ot at lower speeds.- Jdoc

Power Wagon 18’ or 19’!!??

My built n ordered Ram 1500 showed up with wrong rear end ratio
You'd be better off with 3.92 for mileage and towing with 8 speed- Jdoc

Redline Trans & Diff Fluid?

Should I stay away from Hemi because if breaking manifold bolts?
I have 14 ram sport 1500. Thia has happened 3 times o. Hemi I bought max care when I bought new. Last time they pulled head and sent to machine shop to get bolt out. Here I am not even 2 months later with a slight startup tic now. Took back i and they didnt see any bolts broke by looking at...- Jdoc

I haven't switched the engine oil over as of yet. Everything else is switched to redlion thus far. I currently use...Wix filter, 5w 20 valoline full synthetic. But I also use the BG products oil additive called MOA. Also before last oil change I used the BG....epr (engine performance restorer)...- Jdoc

My 14 sport has that hot tick now. Never noticed it before. I did have a right rear manifold bolt break. Dealer fixed. It's back again on startup. Truck has 116000 mi. ZF8HP70 and Lifetime Maxcare
So the normal color of the factory zf lifeguard fluid is a light green. Once I dropped the pan...after 116000mi. Amazingly the fluid didnt look as bad as one would think with that many miles. It was still green just darker, but not so dark u couldn't tell what it use to be. You could see...- Jdoc
